Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your maeval pieces. But if something isn't quite right, that's completely okay.

Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for either a refund or 110% store credit. Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.

Once your return arrives with us, we'll process it within 2–5 business days.

To start a return, simply email us at hello@maeval.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.

A few things to keep in mind

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Be returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Be sent back within 30 days of delivery

If something arrives faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Just send us a quick description of the issue along with a couple of clear photos so we can sort it out for you.We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking details until your return has been processed.

We know life gets busy, but unfortunately we're unable to accept returns that don't meet the above conditions.

110% Store Credit

If you'd rather swap your piece for something else, 110% store credit is an option.

You'll receive 110% of the value of your returned item to use on a future Maeval purchase. Original shipping costs aren't included in your store credit.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, your eligible return will be refunded to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Sale Items

Sale items, promotional purchases  (e.g. discount codes, specific sale events) and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned for a refund or store credit.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but we've made it easy to find another size or style.

Simply return your original item and choose 110% store credit. Once your credit comes through, you can choose your new piece whenever you're ready.
